A lot of men seem to have quite a bit of fear when it comes to approaching women. At least, when it comes to really attractive women. It’s okay to have a little bit, that much is natural. But, if you are unable to approach women because of that fear, well then, it’s going to hold you back and you don’t need that.

One of the best ways is to not think about it. See, most men allow their minds to take off and tell them all of the reasons why she will reject him and all that does is increase that feeling of nervousness. And of course, this will keep you from doing any kind of approach at all.

The best kind of approach is to be natural and comfortable doing it. At least, it should appear that way. And that will come with experience. The more times that you begin to approach women and not hesitate or second guess yourself, the easier it will be and the less fear you will feel.

There’s nothing to fear when it comes to approaching women. Think about it. There is nothing about her other than she looks really good that should make you feel nervousness or anything like that. If she rejects you, you move on. Maybe you even learn a little from it. Like a better way to approach a woman the next time.
