Do you think the chances of finding a relationship on dating sites are slim? Do you think people just go on them to hookup? I was on one and I felt like every guy I talked to just wanted sex. Is it just better to avoid online dating all together?
Well I think it’s about as good as any other medium for dating and meeting people, but you do have to be open minded and be aware. In my opninion, a lot of people are online because they need to be, and a lot of people are online because they want something on the side. But then again, nobody marries the first person they meet in a bar either, so you’d just have to be patient if you want to keep going with it.

technology is just including itself more in the lives of people, it’s just how time is changing, IMO it’s worth a try if you want to, otherwise stay away

My opinion differs from person to person. If a person I dislike uses it: it’s for sad losers who can’t form a relationship the normal way. Otherwise, I think it’s just our New World’s way of interacting.

I think most should be careful because you never know who the person is behind that computer screen could some crazy people! My personal opinion is to stay away and start talking to cute guys you see at the mall or something

Online dating sites are a good option when you don’t have much free time to meet new people or to go on a date with.. in that case online dating can help you out.

i think they are great. i went on one and met a guy and we have now been dating for 3 months. i have also known 2 other couples who have gotten married who have met online. i didn’t go on the cite because i was a loner, or anything like that. i went on it because i work and go to school full time and just didn’t have time to go out and meet guys. and not every guy on the cites wants sex ( yes some do) but not all you just have to search through the people and see what happens.
